Do you deliver your watches worldwide?
Yes. We do deliver our watches worldwide.


How do you deliver the watches?
The watches are securely packed in sturdy boxes and sent by regular mail. Further shipping options are available during the payment process.


How long is the delivery time?
Each watch is a custom-made product and will be produced on order as well as after payment has been made. The production of a watch takes between 4 – 5 weeks (force majeure reserved). If you have decided on a credit purchase (payment by instalments), the delivery time is extended by the period for checking your credit application (Information about payment by instalments can be found further down on this page)


Is there a right of withdrawal?
Yes, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Cancellation must be declared explicitly and in writing by the buyer. For further details see our terms of sale.


How does the after-sales service and warranty work?
All watches manufactured by us are delivered with a two-year international warranty. Should a watch be defective, please contact us ( to discuss the further procedure and a possible return shipment.


Which defects are not covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by improper, excessive or unusual use. The following components or damage to them are excluded from the guarantee:

How does the payment by instalments work?
Together with our financing partner “Bob Finance” (bob Finance, branch of Valora Schweiz AG, Hardturmstrasse 161, CH-8005 Zurich) and we, Zahnd & Kormann GmbH, offer you the possibility of paying for your watch(s) in instalments spread over 12 months (credit purchase at 0% interest). In order that your request can be checked by our financing partner bob finance, please send us the following information by e-mail to

– First name and surname
– Full residential address
– Date of birth
– Copy of the identity document (passport or identity card)
– Information on your professional situation (employed, self-employed, temporarily employed etc.)
– Phone number

As soon as we have received the complete documents from you, we will forward them to Bob Finance. Bob Finance will carry out a credit check. If this is positive, we will send you a corresponding credit agreement. The general terms and conditions of our partners apply exclusively to loan or credit applications. Neither Cédric Freiburghaus nor Zahnd & Kormann GmbH has anything to do with the rejection or approval of a loan or credit application by one of its partners and disclaims any liability in this respect.


How do you handle my customer data?
Your privacy is very important to us. We are anxious to protect your personal data. All information about your person is kept safe and will be treated in strict confidence.
